In principle, we give priority to patients with appointments. However, situations such as a sudden toothache or a crown that has unexpectedly come off are common occurrences, so we can accommodate you on the same day if appointment slots are available. At Iryo Hojin Tanaka Dental Clinic, "peace of mind" is our guiding principle. Even if the schedule is full on that day, you may need to wait a little, but we will always make sure to see you.

We aim to be a dental clinic centered on preventive care with an emphasis on regular check-ups. Many cavities and cases of gum disease can be prevented with appropriate oral care, and we are here to help with that. For patients focused on prevention, we use specialized instruments such as PMTC and scalers to remove buildup that cannot be eliminated by daily self-care alone (brushing and flossing). We also provide advice on effective brushing techniques for areas that are difficult to clean. That said, regular check-ups alone are not sufficient to maintain good oral health; we see them as an opportunity to assess whether daily self-care is being carried out properly. A: Please bring your usual outing essentials, such as a drink for hydration (in a cup or bottle). Having a favorite toy can also help your child feel at ease.
